Shipping Method

All items will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified in a shipping email to the customer. Customers will receive tracking information upon shipment.

Shipping Time

We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped in a timely manner, but processing times may vary. Expected turnaround time in 7-10 business days.

Damaged Package

Dopp Designs LLC is not liable for any damages to your order incurred during transit. We do our best to package every order with care and plenty of packing materials to ensure that it arrives safely to your home.

You may file a claim with the shipping service responsible for your packages if it arrives damaged.

Lost or Stolen Package

Dopp Designs LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package to be lost in transit or stolen upon delivery, please contact the shipping service responsible for the package and file a claim.

Please keep in mind a “lost” package may look a lot like one that just hasn’t been scanned by the shipping service while in transit. Allow up to 21 days before contacting the shipping service or us, please! We have the same tracking information as you, and we cannot do anything to retrieve lost or delayed packages once they have left our business.

If you input the incorrect shipping address, it does not qualified as a lost or stolen package. The mis-delivery of a package due to the incorrect address being input at checkout does not qualify your order for a refund. If the package is returned to the business by the recipient at the address the package was delivered to, the customer is responsible for fees incurred by the reshipment to the correct address.

Returns

Return Policy

Items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the customer’s receipt of goods. We will accept any goods in their original condition. Once we receive returned goods, we will issue store credit to the customer’s account. If the customer purchases a product that is eligible for a return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipment. To initiate a return, email onlineshop@doppdesignsllc.com.

Products damaged in transit back to the business due to insufficient packaging are not liable for refunds.

If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with your local UPS store.

Refunds

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds. If a return is initiated, the customer will receive a credit to their account for the item amount. If the customer does not have an account, email us at onlineshop@doppdesignsllc.com and we will assist in ensuring you receive a discount code to be used on your next purchase.
